Shipping

Fedex is our logistics partner for all our deliveries within India.

We realise the importance of receiving your purchased product in perfect condition and also at your expected time, hence we use trusted courier services to ensure on-time delivery. 

The tracking number will be updated to you shortly after your purchase has been done.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Good things comes to those who wait! All our orders are shipped within 1 week of receiving it.

If you have an urgent request, email us at info@divinobags.com with your Order ID and we'll try our best to help you out.

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

Do you ship internationally?
No . We do not ship internationally yet.

Returns & Exchanges

All our products are handcrafted by experienced artisans using superior quality techniques which are then subject to a stringent quality control process.

If at all there are any defects in your product, you can always place a return/exchange request to us within 10 days of receiving your purchase.

Please note the product must be unused and be in the original DIVINO packaging.

Variations in grain/colour of the leather are one of its many inherent characteristics which must not be treated as a defect.

In case of exchanges only goods of the similar of higher value can be replaced.

For returns a credit note can be issued which can later be redeemed for buying from our online store.

The cost for couriering the product to our workshop will be borne by the customer. However DIVINO will bear the charge of sending the product to the customer thereon.
